A dull, sallow or thick skin is caused by excessive build up of dead skin cells which also clog the pores.

Skin peels are a deep exfoliating procedure, removing the top layers (dead cells) of the skin to reveal a smoother, fresher and brighter complexion. They are a simple and safe treatment to reduce signs of ageing like fine lines and discolouration and are of great benefit in treating acne. For optimum results a course of 4-6 peels is recommended.

Superficial skin peels (Refreshing peel):

These remove the very top layers of the skin and can be used on all skin types. Superficial peels are suitable for:

• Refreshing dull skin

Medium depth peels (Resurfacing peel):

These penetrate the deeper layers of the skin to achieve a resurfacing that gives your skin a 'wow effect'. These peels are suitable for:

• Severely sun-damaged skin
• Superficial blemishes
• Lines and wrinkles
• Stretch marks improvement

Innovative Concept Peel (ICP):

This is a special type of superficial peel containing products that reduce discolouration, even and lighten the tone of the skin. It is specially formulated for pigmentation problems in darker skin types like Asian, Black and Mediterranean.

Is it right for me?

Everybody can benefit from a peel. We offer a variety of peels and treatment protocols for different conditions.

 How is it done?

The treatment usually lasts about half-hour but may be longer. A chemical solution is applied to the area being treated and is removed at the appropriate time. For ICP, the mask is removed at home by the client.

1 - 5 days later, depending on the type of products used, the skin begins to peel and reveals a healthy younger skin beneath. Make-up can still be worn while peeling.
