How does it work?

An anaesthetic cream is applied to numb the skin and make the procedure comfortable.

The Dermaroller medical device produces thousands of micro-medical needle columns (simply tiny pin-pricks) in the skin. Your body naturally starts to regenerate and repair the skin. by producing extra collagen, new skin cells and enhancing blood supply to the skin. It is this healing process that gives the skin a super glow.

It can take up to 6 weeks before visible signs of regeneration and repair are seen and the process will continue over the following months, providing natural and long-lasting enhancement. Dermaroller treatments normally consist of a series of 3 sessions with approximately 6 weeks between them but it may sometimes be necessary to extend the course of treatment to 5 sessions. 

Unlike other skin rejuvenation treatments like peels and laser, downtime is minimal. You will experience mild redness which usually resolves within a day.
